Directly operated by three owners generations for more than 40 years, consists of 3 villas, each with 6 apartments. In a location of natural beauty, they sit on a hillside, surrounded by a large garden of cacti, palm, eucalyptus, citrus and olive trees. Only 2/3 minutes walk to the sea (250 m.), 7/8 minutes walk to city center (650 m.).
This is because of La Carruba is "Your Garden by the Sea".

The Residence is equipped with an in-ground outdoor swimming-pool (14 X 7 m.), open from May to end September. The pool deck is equipped with deckchairs, beach umbrellas, chairs and tables.
There is a large fenced and shaded parking lot, accessible through an automatic gate. Our guests have both the keys to this gate and to the one to the convenient pedestrian short cut into town, and are absolutely indipendent. The Residence and the garden are completely fenced and are accessible only to our guests.
Every apartment has its own indipendent entrance. Each is equipped with telephone and colour Sat/Tv with the main italian and foreign channels and with teletext. The kitchens are completely furnished and equipped with cooking utensils, refrigerator with freezer, gas stove and gas oven. Our guests are supplied with bed linen, towels, tablecloths and kitchen towels, changed every week, and daily cleaning is provided by our staff (no washing up) on work days. Cots (linen excluded), highchairs and baby-bath are available on request.
Available for our guests: coin-washingmachines and internet-point (adsl connection); by the managment office: fax service and safe.
The management office is on the premises and the daily presence of the owners ensures the best assistance and courtesy.

Daily cleaning of the apartment by our staff (in period 1: three times in a week). Final cleaning. Bed linen, towels, tablecloths and kitchen towels, changed once a week. Water, gas, electricity, heating costs. V.A.T. 10%. Cots (linen excluded), baby-guards for bed, highchairs, baby-bath on request. Private parking, swimming-pool/solarium and fitness-center use are free for our guests, available for a fee to their friends.

Pets: not allowed.
Length of stay: in periods 3-4-5-6: one week stay or multiples thereof, from saturday to saturday.
Arrival: between 3 pm and 7 pm (in case of delay, please let us know).
Departure: periods 1-2-3: before 10 am. Periods 4-5-6: before 9 am.
Payments: a 30% deposit of the total amount is due on confirmation of booking (by credit card or by bank or postal order). Booking will be considered final only on receipt of the deposit. Balance is due on arrival. Credit cards accepted.
